Before we open registration, here are a few helpful ways to prepare:
1. Review programs in advance
Spend some time exploring our Beech Tree, Enrichment and Specialty Camps so you know which sessions you’d like to register for. Having your top choices—and a backup option or two—can be helpful.
2. Gather family information
Having basic information ready (camper details, emergency contacts and medical info) will help you move through registration more smoothly once it opens.
3. Decide on a payment option
During registration, you’ll choose between Pay in Full or our Monthly Payment Plan. Knowing which option you plan to select ahead of time can save time at checkout.
4. Take your time
We want registration to feel manageable and positive. While some programs may fill quickly, there’s no need to rush—our team will be available to help if you run into questions or need support during the process.
